Hi Stanford,
My name is Danny All. I would like to attend this summer neural science summer session. I was wondering if you could make an exception for me to attend the session as I am not enrolled in Stanford full time. What makes me unique and interested in learning more about the brain is that my brain is actually being mapped in a biological neural network. I have worked closely with Dr. Jeffrey Dean a PhD Neural Scientist from USC filming video documentaries about digitally enhancing the human brain and the Bioethics concerning it.
There are two military men at the local gym that are digitally enhanced. They told the instructor that they have digital enhancements, but that is all that they are allowed to say about it as they are under Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). I am not under NDA, so I would be delighted to share my experience with this Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) technology with the students and faculty at Stanford if I may have your permission to do so whether you allow me to attend the session or just appear as an invited guest speaker.

Today I met some really talented people from around the globe - some starting out in programming and some working in the top enterprise technology companies in San Francisco. I spoke with a lawyer from one of the leading 70 Billion Dollar Enterprise companies set to go public in 2019 about licensing some content as filmed through my eyes. SYZYGYX has a unique Dark/Seductive/Industrial/Futuristic Electronic sound. Two artist work phenomenally well together. Josh plays a large fortune of synthesizers on this. His composition and production values are A++. This music has this intense Industrial style to it. It has trace elements of some early 80’s / 90's electronica to it but it has a 21st Century Top Shelf Industrial fascination to it. The electronic music that SYZYGYX is manufacturing is so grooving. The vocals are dark, audible and articulate. Josh sings and his voice is unique, clear as a bell and has a London sound to it at times. SYZYGYX has a pop flavor.
Batten down your hatches when you first hear Luna’s voice – oh my. Her voice is futuristic, dark at times and seductive. Josh and Luna sound so elegant on this music. September marks on year since I have launched this site. I have been moving around a lot this year. I am living in a new location. Something interesting happened to me last week. I got a text message from Sergeant Roby of the U.S. Military. He sent a message confirming me for the Ruck Challenge. I called him back and told him that I am living very far from Riverside California but would like to attend next time - just give me a few months notice. This is Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S.A.
The Ruck Challenge is a 10k mountain hike with a 25 pound pack. You need a team of ten people to compete. There were Army Reservists, Inactive Duty Soldiers and U.S. Veterans competing in the Ruck Challenge today that was held in Riverside California. Happy Memorial Day Sergeant Roby and Sergeant Benny Garcia. Thank you for your service. The Ruck Challenge also happened in San Diego California and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Tokamak
This is what the electro engineering student from Berkeley University talked about today. He said, "It was the Wardenclyffe coil that is like a lightning bolt that transferred the electromagnetic charge from FOUR Circular electromagnetic chargers (Tokamaks?) that made the battle ship disappear and then reappear. Point 41 describes how this can be done without sparks (Invisibly?).

What is the non coincidental reason that civil engineering, electro engineering and electro designers are sitting at my table; discussing Wardenclyffe bolts and tokamaks in front of my digital eyes today?

He was very excited and confident about this new band that he was forming and going to call Megadeth. He told my friend Michael Ybarra and I that his new band Megadeth was going to be heavier than Metallica. Dave wrote most the songs on Metallica's first record Kill Em All which is Metallica's best record Metallica ever made. Don't get me wrong, I love Metallica.Dave was right; his band Megadeth is heavier than Metallica. Megadeth's album Super Collider is about Time Travel. I heard you on C2CAM (Coast to Coast AM - Number one AM syndicated show in America) and actually went to the website you quoted. Seems like you had more to say. Today, I watched "Deja Vu" with Denzel Washington. I hadn't seen that one.
I believe time travel is a possibility if not a reality. I certainly believe in a multiverse and/or multi-dimensions. I have no proof, but I read and research many topics that some would call impossible or at least improbable. Let's just say that I've had experiences that make me keep an open mind.
I found this photo online today, very similar to what I saw at JPL, if not the exact same room.
I'm a videographer, living in Oakland. I've done shoots at Lawrence Berkeley Labs, Livermore Lab, Fermilab in Chicago (collider) and JPL Pasadena, where I climbed atop the tokamak to to get a shot, hence the tingling. I had an audio guy with me. The scientists were getting ready to fire it off, lead walls were closing. While on the tokamak certain parts of my body stated to tingle. Toward the end of the Phoenix project, by using some of Wilhelm Reich's concepts and some of the transmission schemes used from the "radiosonde" project, they found that you could combine the two -factors and use them for 'Mind Control'.
The people who were running it went to the military and proposed that they could use it to "influence the minds of the enemy". The military loved the idea, and let them use the old Montauk Air Force Base. Among the equipment requested was an old SAGE radar unit, which was on the base. The base was shut down and everything was auctioned off. The group then moved in from the Brookhaven Labs. That began what we call Phoenix Two. They spent the first ten years from about 1969 to about 1979, researching pure mind control.
The first part of the mind control project was to take an individual and stand them about 250 feet away from the antenna. The SAGE radar had a peak pulse power of .5 MW. The antenna had a gain of 30db. That means an effective radiated power of at least a gigawatt. It was nominally a gigawatt. Can you imagine what that would do to people? I think its amazing these people are still here. It does things like burn out brain functions, create neurological damage, scar lungs from heat, etc. They tried this with a number of people and there were few survivors.

The extracted ions travel through a neutralizer section of the beamline where they gain enough electrons to become neutral atoms (molecules) but retain the high velocity imparted to them from the ion source. Once the neutral beam enters the tokamak, interactions with the main plasma ions occur which significantly heat the bulk plasma and bring it closer to fusion-relevant temperatures. Plasma discharges within the tokamak's vacuum chamber consist of energized ions and atoms and the energy from these particles eventually reaches the inner wall of the chamber through radiation, collisions, or lack of confinement. The inner wall of the chamber is water-cooled and the heat from the particles is removed via conduction through the wall to the water and convection of the heated water to an external cooling system. Turbomolecular or diffusion pumps allow for particles to be evacuated from the bulk volume and cryogenic pumps, consisting of a liquid helium-cooled surface, serve to effectively control the density throughout the discharge by providing an energy sink for condensation to occur. When done correctly, the fusion reactions produce large amounts of high energy neutrons. Being electrically neutral and relatively tiny, the neutrons are not affected by the magnetic fields nor are they stopped much by the surrounding vacuum chamber. The neutron flux is reduced significantly at a purpose-built neutron shield boundary that surrounds the tokamak in all directions. Shield materials vary, but are generally materials made of atoms which are close to the size of neutrons because these work best to absorb the neutron and its energy. Good candidate materials include those with much hydrogen, such as water and plastics. Boron atoms are also good absorbers of neutrons. Thus, concrete and polyethylene doped with boron make inexpensive neutron shielding materials. Once freed, the neutron has a relatively short half-life of about 10 minutes before it decays into a proton and electron with the emission of energy. When the time comes to actually try and make electricity from a tokamak-based reactor, some of the neutrons produced in the fusion process would be absorbed by a liquid metal blanket and their kinetic energy would be used in heat-transfer processes to ultimately turn a generator.

I have been meeting more and more digital humans recently on this planet and that is a positive thing to me and makes me feel good. I have met a woman that told me that she has a Neural Implant to help treat her for Ehlers syndrome. She showed it to me. It was installed in her chest like a pacemaker and has wires that send impulses to her brain. She told me that she wanted to have her entire life on a chip. I told her that is what has happened to me.
I had pleasure of meeting two digital humans that were actually happily married to each other. I sat next to them when I went out to dinner. We talked about traveling. I mentioned that I have a digital enhancement that films through my eyes, captures audio through my ears and sends and receives data (thoughts) to the hippocampus of my brain.
The woman lit up and smiled and told me that she has a Neural Implant as well. She told me the part number of her Neural Implant and said it was for the treatment of Parkinson’s. Her husband has chips in his pacemaker that alerts a a network oscillator to send a magnetic defibrillator charge to kick start his heart in case it stops.
Usually, when I let someone know that I have a brain chip and that it films through my eyes - their response is that they look at me as disillusioned, then I am disrespected, shunned and they immediately take video phone videos and recordings and reticule me on social media to one another. This was not the case with this very delightful digitally enhanced couple. They were very polite, kind, friendly and respectful to me as we all talked and ate dinner. At the end of our meal I sad to them, "I guess they sat the digital people next to each other tonight" and they both smiled.
Meeting this intelligent digitally enhanced couple was the best thing that has happened to me in a long, long time. In a world of disbelief about having a Neural Brain Chip or even people believing that the technology actually exists, it is absolutely fabulous to meet more digital humans that have Neural Brain Implants as well.

This week I got an email from Sergeant Benny Garcia from the U.S. Military telling me that Mrs. Sergeant 1st Class Brown is mesmerized by my website. He says Sergeant Phillips must know about this and asked me to call his buddy a new recruit about the Biochips.
This week I also had a fantastic visit from a schoolmate, friend and investor. We went to Sonoma and he had a successful meeting at this building that had a Mason symbol on it. We met with people that told us all about this very charming town called downtown Sonoma. They explained that there are no Wal-Mart’s or fast food restaurants in the downtown center. There are fantastic wine bars, restaurants and a micro brewery there. I liked the people that I met in Sonoma, they were friendly and said hello on streets.
At the Sonoma Library I spoke on the phone with some of the executives of a U.S. Retinal Implant Company, as I was surrounded by their potential customers and talked to their Investor Relations that are working on a brain implant that completely bypasses the eyes and uses the visual cortex of the brain to see. Also, I had the pleasure of meeting tutors and Astro Physics students. We discussed the atomic spectrum, biochips, Time Conjecture specifically aerosol scattering of laser radiation, charge conjugation and T.C.P. Mirrored Time Reversal.

Believe it or not
When I was playing rhythm guitar in Heavy Metal bands during high school, I used to see Michael J. Fox quite often.
Michael J. Fox and I both took guitar lessons from Paul Hanson in Burbank California. I did not know that he was an actor. I would knock on the door at Paul’s Hanson’s house and Michael J Fox would answer the door. Michael J. Fox was taking guitar lessons from Paul Hanson in the TIME slot right before me and he was advancing as a guitar player faster than I was. When I saw the movie Back to the Future I didn’t know he was in the movie. I was watching Back to the Future on the big screen, thinking there is that dude from Paul Hanson’s house and he is ripping on the guitar look at him go!
Years back, I was working at MCA Universal through the local 174 Entertainment Labor Union. Through the Local 174 I would get to work in different departments throughout Universal Studios City. Sometimes I would be working in the props department sometimes the legal department, publicity and MCA records. I had a position in the mailroom at MCA Home Video. The mailroom had a golf cart that I would drive all around the Universal Studios lot.
While working at MCA, I would bring my brown bag lunch that I brought from home and drive my golf cart right on the Back to the Future II and III set. When I was having lunch on the Back to the Future II & III set I wouldn’t see anyone on the miles long set. I guess they were having lunch or filming at a different part for the set.
Sometimes when I was having my brown bag lunch on the Back to The Future II & III – I would think, “Could they be filming Back to the Future Four right now?”
That was long before that I knew that Time Travel is real, like I do today.
Sometimes I would get lectured by my boss about not driving people around the lot in my cart. One day after said lecture, I was driving my cart in the parking lot and I saw the actor John Candy from the movie Uncle Buck and he smiled at me as I was driving and it turned my day around. Please don’t tell my MCA boss Ouida Robinson or AD Washington that I was dating Therese Pagano a secretary from MCA Home Video. I fell in love with Therese; sometimes we would stop the elevator between the floors of MCA Records and MCA Home Video and kiss. Theresa was the most beautiful woman on the Universal Studios Movie lot, she has a wonderful family. Her mom June Ebensteiner and her second husband Paul Ebensteiner invested millions in Biogenetics (Cryogenics) and her cousin is John Peters the producer of Rain Man and the first Bat Man movies. I am a very excellent driver.
There was a lot of love on the Universal Studios lot at that time. Therese and I were in love. Cher was on the lot recording and she was in love with the President of Universal Studios. Penelope Spheeris the producer of MCA Home Video Move “Dudes” was in love with my friend Jim Macdonald the lead guitarist from Stone Soldier and his band ICE Kooler and the Alter Boys. Penelope did the preproduction of ICE Kooler and the Altar Boys with Jim.
One night Penelope came driving up to the FM Station night club. Jim had just finished playing on stage with his band and we loaded his guitars in my Datsun 280 ZXR and were going to go and party. Penelope came diving up to my car in the parking lot in a brand spanking new white Mercedes Benz that still had the sticker on it. Jim went up to her window, spoke to her for a moment and said to me, “I’m going to go party with Penelope, let’s grab the guitars and put them in her trunk." Penelope got approached by someone that wanted her to produce a movie and told her that they did not have a lot of money up front to offer her, but would give her a lot of residuals instead - Penelope said yes. She had just gotten her first check from that movie. That movie was Wayne’s World. Excellent! Party Time!
